About Shirts Plus Signs & Designs

Shirts Plus Signs & Designs is a creative production shop in Aitkin, Minnesota, specializing in custom apparel, embroidery, signage, and branded merchandise. From custom t-shirts and team apparel to storefront signs and vehicle graphics, the shop helps businesses, organizations, and individuals bring their ideas to life.

While the business has served the community for more than 25 years, the next chapter began when Bethanie Gravelle, a 2024 graduate of the University of Minnesota Crookston with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, stepped in to lead the company forward. As a woman-owned business, Bethanie is building on the shop’s long-standing reputation while expanding its creative capabilities with her best bud Teddy!

We offer Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Design, and as of February 2026 we are excited to add vinyl signs, decals, and a wide range of sign‑industry services.

Rooted in the Local Community

Community has always been at the heart of Shirts Plus. Many of the projects that come through the shop support:
